U want confident quarterback play.u got to have confident play calling.russ did motions did what was called.but we need the o line to be the strength of the team.u can't do false starts there's no reason to jump no lineman immediately beats u.theres hand fighting to get to said position.stuff happens Broderick Jones gotta learn and adjust.but Russ to keep this job gotta use his legs if the play hasn't developed.and the offense coordinator has to do better more easy answers after a receiver motion s during the play.stay committed to balance of snaps between the pass game and the run game but a better awareness on situational ball. I mean Russell should have had more deep ball passes during second Downs in this game. That's not going to be every game but when you see a defense dedicated to blitzin you make them pay w a slant or a deep ball but something quick. Even a explosive run. With a defense if they get a mental edge they try to inflict that edge for the first couple of quarters to set the tone for the game. This is where the offensive coordinator could have been better
