Great stuff chap, follow some of your recipes here in Thailand ... plus two tablespoons of chilies ... even the ice cream :) Did you know the Thai words for a little hot chili is Pik Kee Noo ... Kee Noo does not translate to Birds Eye ... :)

Polish Dumplings? I tasted some of the softest dough with meat and fruit in it.. how do they do that .. how is it made.. how do the Polish folk in Silesia make that stuff? I seen Genaro make Gnocchi and I tasted that too but its not as SOFT as a Polish dumpling.. I was in Krakow with my wife and I ate some Polish dumplings and some of them had meat and or fruit in them .. served with sweet sour cream.. but how do they make the dough so
