Alienware 15 R2 on game not charging HELP!

When on load the battery does not charge the laptop, its a 240w adapter by flextronics originally came with the r2

I just got the a15 r3 same problem, it's the flextronix ac adapter. It's shit tell Alienware to change it to the delta ac adapter. Mine is coming in a few days I'll let you know if the problem is fixed or not.

Update!!! Called Dell told them of my problem had them send me a delta power adapter to replace my flextronics one and everything works great now

I have this problem with my a15 R2 called dell tech support, he went through my system checked everything about the battery and all I really got out of that was that it was normal for a battery that is 4 years old and that it doesn't need to be replaced as it is 'draining at an acceptable rate'. I can play for about 3-4 hours then have to stop to let it charge again for 2.5 hours. Not what I would call acceptable.

Same Problem just bouth a15 r3 and charges fine while normal use. Start a game and boom there goes the charge and frame drops.
