Spinosaurus could definitely whallop most dinosaurs but it loses to the big burly herbivores and more land-adapted carnivorous megatheropods. Spinosaurus wasn't a weak creature though, it was very successful because it was playing a different game than generic big meat-eating theropods. The fact it was able to take advantage of the fish supply to avoid competition with land theropods is beautiful show of just how diverse and amazing life on our planet is. I honestly wish Spinosaurus was still alive today. At least we'll never forget it, and that's something I really hope will continue forward with.

This is a great point on not underrating the Spino, literally because he wouldn't win against one of Earth's best predators doesn't mean he's fodder lol, he would destroy a lot of dangerous land carnivores.

Spinosaurus is one of the most underrated dinosaurs ever! Its still like 8 tons and does have a shockingly powerful bite! On its hind legs its taller than a rex, and it lived in the most dangerous place of the mesozoic! It may be weaker than a rex and giga, but its not like it wont put up a fight!
