Misread Trepanation Blade. It hite *defending* players, so it's more for deck trying to mill your opponents.

I'm immediately adding Touch and Vastwood to my budget Legolas Master Archer deck. Awesome video. I just started playing this past Thanksgiving when getting together with my friends so it's cool to see older cards. I'd be thrilled to see more videos like this!

Slight correction on Trepanation Blade, it's specifically the defending player that mills when equipped creature attacks. So it doesn't fuel your graveyard strategies, and may only be relevant in decks that care about milling your opponents

Gaea's Touch requires basic forests, but still quite solid!

Free casts instants spells is so powerfull because u cast every moment in game, dont need untap lands to cast

Oh cool. Play Trepanation Blade in a deck with no creatures (your spells can make tokens), and a way to reset your library (like with Wheel of Sun and Moon) to attack your opponent for big damage.

Shaman's Trance isn't as good as it sounds, basically only interacts with like Flashback or Muldrotha or something. Which still might be useful, but it won't stop people from Unearthing or Zombifying creatures or what have you.

Does Vines of the Vastwood work the way I want it to where if an opponent is trying to cast an Aura on their own thing then my Vines make their creature untargetable by "my opponent" to blank their aura essentially countering it?

I don't know that I would call Withering Boon a budget card. Great card, but not quite budget to me.

As for Vines of Vastwood, I think it has been outclassed now by Tyvar's Srand or Tamiyo's Safekeeping in the same price range.

Sadly, I bought Gaeas Touch for my Titania Natures Force deck, the land has to be in your hand to play it and I play a lot of lands from graveyard so 🤷🏻
