In this video, we will discuss the Jammu and Kashmir Reorganisation Act of 2019. This act was passed by the Indian Parliament on August 9, 2019 which revoked the special status of Jammu and Kashmir under Article 370 of the Indian Constitution. The act also bifurcated the erstwhile state of Jammu and Kashmir into two union territories: Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh.
