It’s a great synth - enjoyable to program and well designed for using with a mouse instead of trying to be hardware. I also really like the sounds it produces.

MPE has been released in Ver 2.0 of Pigments along with granularity functions. The sound coming out of Pigments is really really good. I’ve got mine on windows going through a Presonus external sound card and then into some studio monitors and it is fantastic. The creative power of this thing is stupendous!! It is hard to imagine somebody conceiving of such a huge sound modulation machine. It is truly impressive and potentially the only synth you need.

Arturia are back in the game. Their last 4 or so releases have been absolutely top shelf. Time to take them seriously as a digital synth developer.
This synth along with dune 3, were the best releases of last year.

It is currently on offer for 99 euros Nick! :-) ....but only if you already have an Arturia product....I received a newsletter email from Arturia after registering my Keystep (only 10 months after I bought it! lol) in the newsletter it said I was entitled to a 'crossgrade' deal. Sure enough, log into 'my arturia' once registered, register any products you have, and hey presto great price!....but it gets better! They are also doing a 'bundle' deal with the entire V-Collection...268 euros!...that's £240 here in the UK, for a whole lotta softsynth!!! I've just bought the lot!
