I actually went on the tour of Universal Studios back in 1983, and I also remember having my picture taken in front of KITT, which was up on a platform. Brings back memories.

1:45 hilarious how in KR after Season 1 KITT always wants to go for instant kill, and it's Michael slowing him down.

So many tidbits besides the backlot tour, though how cool would've it been to be on that tour while they were filming. 1:50 Looks like they were filming Back to the Future at this point. The diner is the right color and the movie theatre is showing "Castle Queen of Montana", just like in the film, though it was a different theatre they showed, probably to keep continuity to have both theaters showing the same film. 2:03 Also, just noticed the backend of the Battlestar Galactica Viper sitting around, wonder if they wheeled it out as an Easter egg to Glen A. Larson. Amazing what you still find nearly 40 years later.

At 3:30 I remember that water scene on the universal studios tour.

Another example of Knight Rider at its best.
Very nice spinning kick, Matt. I mean David, I mean Michael.
And was that a leaping forward roll over the barrels? That could've been a neck snapper.
Do we see the baddie and Kitt go twice past the cinema? First in that really nice 'chase-view' filmed out the back of the lead vehicle, and then again in 'pursuit-view' from Kitt.

Kitt does seem to be just a talking passenger too often. It happens again here in the weird tunnel. If the studio had simply inserted a little 'finger pressing Auto' shot it would have made more sense when Michael needed help to 'get through this'.

The soundtrack (it's available to buy) is the icing on the Pontiac cake, it really lifts the action up and enhances it.

Great episode clip. I've just watched it 3 times.
