And don't worry about how you look. I do exactly the same thing. I only bother to put my face on over the weekend if I'm going out. It's almost like 'freedom' to be able to go out with just moisturiser on! Our friends/family don't love us for the way we look, right? And who cares what anybody else thinks? 😛

Hello again. This is the recipe for 'pesto rosso' as we make it here in Italy.🙂
120 g sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil (drain them first, as the olive oil often isn't quality in supermarket stuff)
1 clove garlic
30 g almonds
40 g parmesan (or grana) cheese, grated
EV olive oil (as much as is needed to obtain the consistency you prefer)
Salt (to taste, you may not even want to add any)
Freshly ground black pepper (how much depends on how much you like it).

Blitz it and, if you make a load, freeze it. I use the tiny coffee cups we can get here, but an ice-cube tray works fine too.

Hello from Italy.🙂A tip: make your own hummus. Tinned chick peas, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice and a drop of water, if it's too thick. Just whizz it all up. Of course you can add things to it, for example tahini (sesame paste/butter) or fresh chili pepper. Much cheaper.
