Ham - I guess it's ham?
Cheese - cheese product (not actually cheese)
Mustard - yep, its mustard
Chips - wet cardboard (in a good way?)
overall impression: technically a meal, certainly a sandwich, chips are almost potato-like, if you changed all of it it would be good.

I bought Wonderbread for the first time a couple weeks ago, I was surprised by how well it stood up to peanut butter. Didn't really have much flavor, but it did make decent french toast later.
