I'm not currently using these as I finished all the products I had but UK products I would recommend are Sukin and Botanics from boots and of course some DIYing - full DIY video will be coming too for those of you interested in making your own products xx

I really enjoyed this vlog/walking around sort of video!!! And girl your skin is the clearest skin I’ve ever seen

I love that you approach your skincare from the inside out. Seriously, what we eat and drink is more important than what we apply to the surface.

Mid-50’s gal here... I am lucky to have clear skin, but am now getting a wrinkle or two or five around my eyes (maybe cuz I smile a lot... LOL!!). I totally agree with staying healthy from the inside out. I save the water/juice from the bottom of the pot when I steam veggies and then I put that nutrient-rich liquid into my smoothies or just drink it when it is cooled. Maybe this helps?? Immy, you’re rocking it with the make-up free look!! No beauty shines brighter than that of a good heart ❤️.

I do drink lots of water too but we’ve got to be careful because when we drink too much water sometimes we don’t get all the electrolytes and it won’t be so rehydrating
Although 3 liters when you work out during the day is okay!

I found that working out made my skin so smooth because of all the sweat
And cold showers too

Sunscreen spf 30 or higher and the right diet + water are the ultimate skincare boosts. Also oils and vitamin e and c.

Love the simplicity of your routine! As a mom and doctor, I don't have time for a 24 step skincare morning routine (ha!). Thank you for making this so real.

Done! And done!
Skin care has become an important part of my self-care, and after many years of vanity in a way now my focus is on holistic skin care. I have always looooved water and I get genuinely excited about drinking good water, it is such a privilege. Another thing that has made a difference is oats. The glorious Jenny Mustard had a great video about using plain oats as a face mask. i have been trying for a while now and it really makes the skin look and feel awesome. A strong recommend to all in the porridge cult.

I used to have problem skin, often combination oily/dry skin, and could never shake my acne, despite the fact I quit using makeup almost 2 decades ago. You name it, I tried all kind of products to have dewy fresh skin, from conventional products with all kind of high waste and chemicals, to minimal waste, all natural products made with simple organic ingredients. Several months ago, I got rid of everything. I quit washing my face, save for just some water when I showered. My skin is now so much better. Less drying, less clogged pores, and acne free, all clear! I do get a few pimples during my moon cycle, but they are much smaller, fewer, and heal faster now that I leave my face alone. I've come to realize you really DONT need tons of products for personal care. My personal daily personal care is a bar of Dr. Bronners soap for a quick shower, and stick of Native Deodorant, plus of course toothpaste and floss, that IS IT. I'll wash my hair every couple of days with the same bar of Dr. Bonners (with a pretreat of a tablespoon of olive oil), so I don't have issues with scalp or back acne anymore since I'm not using a conditioner. Just because I am a girl doesn't mean I have to use a bunch of products!

I have been trying out different eco skincare brands with sustainable packaging as well, but I do want my skincare, especially facial, to be among other stuff essential oil free and that's really hard in the natural department.
I'll check the stuff you linked out, but those irritants really should be avoided in skincare and "really good scent" unfortunately ever so often is traced back to them. :/
Love this video, it's an unusual skincare video, since you filmed half of it out in the open. 💗💚

I absolutely love your videos! You've inspired me to be more sustainable 🖤 what a wonderful thing!

I was wondering if you could make a video about fun things that you do that don't cost anything or very little

Too little and too much water are both damaging. It's important to listen to your body. Too much water can lead to liver problems in the long run.

You should really double cleanse when you use makeup. Use an oil based makeup remover, even just jojoba oil works fine, and then use a cleanser. The cleanser alone does not remove all the makeup so there can be residue left on your face.
You also need to use sunscreen EVER DAY. Even in winter. Not only on the face, but on the body as well (I usually focus on parts of my skin that are exposed: face, neck, back of the neck, ears, shoulders, arms and hands). Look for one with UVA and UVB protection. Lots of brands are only UVA.

I love that this isn’t the usual cliche skin routine of like one billion different projects 😀

Thank you!

I love your videos! I’m trying to be more eco friendly. I’ve started a compost pile and I plan on buying in bulk at some point.

I use a mild facewash in a very little quantity (half a pea size) once I am home probably in the evening or before bed. Ànd I use a homemade flower toner after that.
And that's all.
For my body I use soap once or may be twice a week.
I do use natural loofa from my garden for my face and body as a scrubber.
Nothing else do I use on my skin.
