1: command block that opens the front for a few seconds, then closes and kills anyone who didnt go
2: a stair at the exit, so people can go back into the holding cell but not go backwards
3: a tracker at the holding cell entrance (with the stair mentioned above) to display the last person who entered it
4: automated speed commands maybe?
5: randomized lava and/or parkours each lap
