A Cessna 172S Skyhawk SP suffered a nose over following a runway excursion during landing on runway 15 at Northeast Philadelphia Airport (PNE/KPNE), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The instructor and student pilot sustained minor injuries and the aircraft received substantial damage.
