The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia has updated the controls, regulations and procedures of the worker's Absent From Work (Huroob) in the private sector companies of the Kingdom. This comes in line with the efforts from the Ministry to improve the contractual relationship between the workers and employers, to preserve the rights of both the parties and to increase the attractiveness and flexibility of the labor market in the Kingdom.

Any update news about who got huroob in passport boarder number??? They don't have iqama number so they can't make Qiwa account and absher account for transfer sponsorship.

i was came saudi in 12/09/2024
my kafeel is give me 15 months iqama
but he is gave me Absent from work which is called huroob in 25/03/2024
i didn't recive any message recently i was cheack my iqama and see he was doing this without notify me.
its already 7 months over
and i was cheack my qiwa contract paper
my qiwa contract paper clearly highlight that my work start date is 5/5/2024 and end date 4/5/2025 but he gave me absent from work in 25/3/2024 before the contract start.
i want to remove this huroob.
but i have no proper knowledge about of it.
what can i do now?
if kaffel want to remove it
then its will be remove or not-?
otherwise if kaffel don't want to remove it how can i remove it?
