Nice video, and interesting lock. Love the keyway. That ball bearing setupis known as builder keying in the US. It is not common, but not uncommon either.

Great video, very nice analysis of mechanism. Do you happen to know if there is equivalent of this reprogramable feature in some modern lock? I'm aware of kwikset smartkey but other than that I can't think of any other manufacturer.
