Dyslexia? How about DyslexAI?

AI is literally everywhere, it's transforming how we do work and interact with each other.

And for those 1 in 10 who are dyslexic, Richard Branson thinks that mixing AI into their working day could be a ‘powerful combination.’

The Virgin founder has joined forces with charity Made by Dyslexia to show businesses how to unlock the potential of their dyslexic employees.

Recent research by the charity found that 72% of dyslexics use tools like ChatGPT as a starting point for their projects and ideas.

But only 14% of dyslexic workers believe their workplace understands the value of dyslexic thinking.

At least LinkedIn are out here encouraging representation, with ‘dyslexic thinking’ now officially a skill that thousands have added to their profiles - including Branson

Even though DyslexAI is still in early talk stages, it’s good to see accommodations being discussed for those with dyslexia.

The billionaire believes that dyslexia helped him to become more successful and wants to encourage others to tap into this ‘superpower’.
