I am currently going through this course in 2022 and I am so thankful to you Mr Charles. You have severed and dissected python into biteable chunks a completely new-comer can swallow and assimilate. I can not thank you enough.

This of course, after trying to learn Python from other courses. I think by the time I came across yours, the foundation was laid by these previous courses I took. I feel I am seeing the light.

At about 3:55:00 Dc Severance start talking about the range function. His method actually print out range ( 0, x) not a list of of lenght x. You need to use list(range(x) instead to get the proper result.

Write a problem to prompt the user for the hours and rate per hour using to compute Gross pay .use 35 hours and rate of 2.75 per rate hour to test the program the pay should be 96.25 you should use input to read a string and float to convert the string to a number????

at 30:43, when I go back into command prompt and do dir, I don't see desktop even though I'm in the deskptop. when I type cd Desktop dir, I should see py4e but I dont.
