Java was started but returned exit code 13 when open Eclipse - Need help to fix the error

Note: When i open eclipse from the 'eclipse-mobile-juno-SR2-win32' extracted folder
i have installe jdk 8 and jre 8 in the location path program files directory. (jdk-8u101-windows-x64)
But with java sdk 7 and jre 7, there is no problem, where i can launch eclipse without error.
Any suggestion to fix this error is Welcome. Comment your answers.

here are some possible answers:
-try to update your java from java.com
-Try to update your jdk from oracle.com
-on the eclipse folder, below the eclipse.exe, there's an eclipse.ini (sometimes you will only see it as eclipse, in this case check the type in order to find configuration settings), open it with something like workpad or notepad; then you can see a list of configurations, there's a line "open file", and just right below you need to adittional lines, click enter, "-vm", click enter and copy the rute of your jdk file>bin>javaw.exe, or just search for javaw.exe, and copy the rute. Save the file and run eclipse.exe again.

Download again eclipse and select to get java with the installer assitant

The issue may be the path is too long and there were some files that were not installed as a result and those dependencies may be causing the issue. Try extracting the zip in the c:\root folder don't create a new folder. This modification fixed my issue.

Try update your JAVA to the latest version on your computer.
