My dad leaved in Rincón near Mayagüez in the late 1980s. I visited him in 1989 and remember the drive from San Juan across the island at night.

I don't remember a lot of details other that he lived near the beach.

When the world returns to normal, I'd love to go back.

I used to spend a lot of time in Aguadilla with my ex wife, probably my favorite part of the island (and relationship! haha)! It's been 15 years since my last visit, but there was a park in the city (parque Colon, I believe), where it was just a really chill place with huge tree houses. We would frequent there where they had these food truck vendors with piraguas and mini donuts.

Thank you, thank you for this lovely video of our island! I am in total agreement that most def Puerto Rico is a hidden gem and a no brainer for US citizens to come and visit. There's so many amenities and attractions unique to the island. There's a great sense of warmth in every welcome! Its a superb culinary and specialty rum drinks destination. Plus, there's no need of a passport and the currency is the mighty $dollar$! Also, PR is very very careful with Covid-19 restrictions due to size of population. Please come and enjoy our "Isla del Encanto"!
