The reason that the slopes doesn’t work is because there is a 0.5 plate tall edge on the 1-brick tall ones and a 1 plate tall edge on the others

To clear up the question about the normal slopes. All normal slopes have a 0.5 plate “edge” built into it, and most normal slopes have a perfect counterpart in an inverted slope. Where the only difference is that the 0.5 plate elevation is on the bottom on the normal slope, and on the top on the inverted one. This means you can remove the gap shown in the video using some modified bricks or brackets, to elevate the inverted slope by 0.5 plates compared to the normal one. So the 0.5 plate gap is also present on the 1x2x3 slopes, only that it seems smaller since it is taller. Hope this helps.

It's because the slope on the 5 brick doesn't start at the bottom, it starts at the top of the gray piece

Another crazy piece that aligns perfectly is four 1x1 bracket pieces in a square with a lightsaber piece or any pole going through the hole in the middle of the square.

Heres a 2x2 perfect cube idea!
Ingredients: 1 2x2 1 flat 2x2. 2x2 brick.
First get the 2x2 then add a 2x2 then add the flat 2x2
Done!

To get slopes to match, you have to invert them.

Its an an engineered design based on geometry im not suprised things fit together
