@jellis9332 Thank you for your inquiry. The lights were mounted using Velcro tape for ease of swapping between colors. Light bars can also be secured by screwing directly into the headliner or by simply using double sided tape for mounting. Hope this helps!

These are some of the cheapest/worst lights you could buy as any sort of emergency responder. Stay away from them if you want a light that actually works and can be seen in the daylight

@XtremeGamingSF Glad you were able to clarify the legality of the lights with your local police station! Yes, you will be able to mount additional lights to your 2012 Scion. We would suggest mounting the 54x LED set along the front and/or back headliner of your vehicle, then maybe add a set of grille lights, either the 18x LED or 16x High Wattage LED set with some lights in the thinner upper grille and some in the lower grille. It is okay as long as you do not turn on the lights on public street. Here in Los Angeles County, white lights are not allowed by civilians. Hope this helps!

Is it legal to use this strobe in personal car if I will not use horn? Anyway those lights do not give any priority on the road so it can be installed on car and registered as additional lights. And what about fine if police will stop for those lights?

I live in an area that requires 360 degree lighting plus sirens for POVs. What is this argument between everyone here? Is there different level of certs for lighting? If so where can I be directed to learn about these.

@advncedwarninglights Thank you for your response. We really appreciate your concern of emergency personnel. Being CE/SAE certified is not required for lights to be sold as emergency strobe lights. Many well known strobe light manufacturer carries lights/colors that are not CE/SAE certified. In addition, our products do increase visibility of the vehicle it is mounted to. They are simply an affordable alternative to some of the name branded lights. Thanks again!

So everywhere are these lights illegal for civilian use? I’m really interested in installing some on my Impala but I’m also not trying to get a big Ol’ American citation, but I want em so badly lmao

Based on information found on the web, it seems like amber and white lights can be used on the streets of Florida if the vehicle is in operation of a potentially hazardous site or if your job profession requires you to do so. Seems like blue/red lights are the ones that are off limits to only police/firefighters. We would suggest you to check with your local law enforcement for further confirmation. Hope this helps!

I have these as a bicycle light, But suck in the day and they did save my ass plenty when riding at night . Did preferred something else but make the best by modification can is a great project for me . who else know how to do that
