I think you missed something in there... You also have to go to the army for 6 months (at least this is what I have been told)!
I'm EU citizen and I was thinking to get the Cyprus passport, but they told me that I have to go to the army (which is required here)!

Had a question... For highly skilled a2 level...the last 12 months of continuous residence required are included in the 4 year qualification period, or are on top? My understanding is that it is included, but i had read conflicting views on this. Cheers
