President Biden addresses surveillance balloon, unknown aerial objects

Days after the United States military shot down additional aerial objects over North America, President Joe Biden will address the aerial objects.

On Sat. Feb 4, the United States shot down a Chinese surveillance balloon off the coast of South Carolina.

In the days afterward, additional objects were shot down off the coast of Alaska and over Canada.

Many questions remain about the origin of the additional objects, what the objects were doing, and how the United States intelligence community was monitoring the aerial objects.

This is the first time the president has specifically addressed the objects during a scheduled briefing with reporters.
