Trying it 9 times a day for a week (and maybe 2 if I remember to do it lol)

Day 1: Did it 4 times, then went to karate and did the other 5. It’s good, I’m getting better at the small details i used to skip!
Even did one extra, so 10 times today!

Day 2: I did it. 9 times. Without pause. And before the 9th I did The Hydra (which is the intro of antifragile). AHH I’M DYING I’M SWEATING SO MUCH I NEED TO TAKE A SHOWER AHHH.
But still, I’m improving so that’s nice, and I think I’m also losing weight so that’s cool.

Day 3: didn’t (but no worries I’ll do it anyway another day)

Day 4: DIDNT EITHER LMAO TOMORROW

Day 5: Since I didn’t this weekend, I’m gonna do it 27times today… I’ll be back right after…
DID IT. Took me from 10:42 to 12:03, but nvm… I’m not even tired of exhausted (and trust me, I did it at 100%. My stamina is kinda good tho.)
