The y-intercept is (0, 5). You can at least plot that accurately.

He is dead wrong with that graph. There is only 1 x intercept because the other 2 solutions are complex as oppose to real so there is only one root

They are not maximums and minimums they are local maximums abd minimums

I understand this is just an approximation, but you didn’t even plot the y intercept correctly. Not to mention, you made it seem like you can just pot any zeros you want which is not true.

FAIL. You should focus on the intercepts. The max/min require the use of derivatives.

You will need to take the derivative of this function to find the local max/min as this function has two complex roots
