The reason Faker is going to pick Ahri is because in the past he said he wanted a Ahri skin for T1. That's why he played her in the first match of Worlds so now the champ can be selected as a Worlds skin and he always picks her every year to try to get her selected if they win.

I really wished keria went for tahm to pair up with guma jinx for obvious reasons. still i cant comlain since bard was his iconic champion even before he joined t1 so him picking a champion that has been with him since the start of his carrer is so nice to see
