Dr. Hahn, it's amazing how God uses you for the Church. I always find inspiration in the book Rome Sweet Home you co-wrote with Kimberley though I've been Catholic since a baby. Many thanks!

DJindy - No one Would object to the miracle because no one knows it happened - except Jesus, Mary, and the disciples who attended with him; also the servants would have realized it but they would not be believable in the eyes of the pious Jews who later object to Sabbath miracles. I think the miracle happening in sight of his own followers is perhaps partly the point of enacting this miracle as shown in John 2:11 (NRSV: Jesus did this, the first of his signs, in Cana of Galilee, and revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.)

Wouldn't "on the third day" likely be counted in a similar way as the Resurrection happening on the third day after the Crucifixion? John's Gospel doesn't use the phrase in the Resurrection narrative there, but others do, and later in the later part of Chapter 2 of the Gospel Jesus does make the claim about rebuilding the temple "in three days", referring to His Body, which would then still use the counting of the 3 days as including the current day as day 1. This seems to still fit with the link to Genesis 1 that you mention, as that places the wedding on the 6th day of the week, the day of the creation of Man and Woman, which seems pretty fitting. This would also avoid having a large wedding feast on the Sabbath (I don't know myself whether or not that was common or allowed in Ancient Jewish law, but it does seem the servants at least are made to work a good bit that day, and no one objects to the miracle on the Sabbath as they do later on).

But original sin had not entered the creation before Adam and Eve.

I LOVE this teacher and all of his content. But I have a very difficult time with the "immaculate conception" - I do not see enough evidence in the Word to claim Mary is perfect and completely without sin. In fact she is the means by which Christ inherits His humanity. If His Father and mother were both perfect, then He wasn't really born a man was He?

And yes, the Artist IS offended when you worship His creation instead of Himself. He doesn't mind us admiring His handiwork at all, but God alone is Holy, and God alone is worthy of worship and praise. My God is a jealous God.

And btw I do pray many "hail Mary's" per day. I just make sure to say more prayers to her Son Jesus. Which is exactly what she wants.

Imagine apostle Paul preaching about Mary!!!! Galatians chapter 1 v 8 is perfect scripture for posts like this. Christ is the real from the shadow.

In genesis man was formed prior to the woman . Paul says same the woman was made for the man, not woman for man. No way would the Jewish scripture describe Mary as mother of God. Jesus is god's masterpiece.

Mary did not remain a virgin, and any suggestion that Joseph was married previous to being mentioned in Scripture as Mary’s betrothed is completely fictional (Luke 1:26–27). There is no scriptural evidence, or even a subtle suggestion, that Joseph was married to anyone but Mary. Joseph’s age is irrelevant since it is not given in the Bible and has nothing to do with him being chosen to be Mary’s husband.
He needed to devote all his attention to Mary and Christ before his birth and there is no mention of other children going with them or staying behind with relatives when he and Mary went to be taxed or after.

The idea that Mary was Joseph’s second wife originated with Catholic tradition in an effort to explain the existence of Jesus’ “brothers and sisters” and support the lie she remained a virgin, with no biblical support whatsoever.

Some of Jesus’ siblings are even named in the Bible: James, Joseph, Simon, and Judas. Catholic “tradition” has asserted these individuals might actually be cousins of Jesus or children of Joseph from an earlier marriage, which is also a lie they can’t back up.

Also, you Catholics use the help of some uninspired pseudepigraphal books written long after the closing of the New Testament by false prophets/writers, to construct an entirely fictional account of Joseph, saying he was an older man who had been married and had many other children before courting Mary.
Of course, this isn’t a workable theory at all but crucial to Catholic theology to substantiate their false doctrine, again, that Mary remained a virgin, even after giving birth to Jesus.

Mary was a virgin when the angel Gabriel appeared to her to announce that God had chosen her to be the mother of the Messiah as Luke 1:34–35 shows, and she was still a virgin when she gave birth to Jesus Matthew 1:25, but Joseph had taken Mary to be his wife, Matthew 1:20, and there is no suggestion that her role as Joseph’s wife was in any way different from the role of any other wife. Matthew 1:25 says, “25 And knew her not till she had brought forth her firstborn son: and he called his name Jesus.”

The word "till" speaks of a change to the first action, like Susan could not access her trust fund until she turned 25.” Until means there was a time when the first action (having no access) changed to something else (access). The structure of Matthew 1:25 clearly suggests that consummation did, in fact, occur after the birth.

This the why Solo Scriptura is vitally important to keep people from being deceived unless they wish to be deceived and deny the truth.

As I said, If other children had been present before Joseph’s marriage to Mary, it is likely they would have been mentioned in one of the gospel accounts of the birth of Christ, especially Luke’s very detailed description of the trip to Bethlehem (Luke 2:1–20) and Matthew’s report of the subsequent flight to Egypt in Matthew 2:13–15, and in verse 13, Matthew records the angel telling Joseph, “Get up, . . . take the child and his mother and escape to Egypt. Stay there until I tell you, for Herod is going to search for the child to kill him.” Joseph is to take two people, Mary, and Jesus, not a larger brood from a previous marriage.

Then in Matthew 1:20–21, the angel again tells Joseph, “‘Get up, take the child and his mother and go to the land of Israel, for those who were trying to take the child’s life are dead.’ So, he got up, took the child and his mother, and went to the land of Israel.” Again, only Mary and the Christ Child are mentioned. There are no older children, which shows that Jesus’ subsequent brothers and sisters were all younger and came along as the natural result of Mary and Joseph’s normal marital relations.

The Catholic Church misrepresents scripture all over the place to insist scripture says something it doesn’t to create their own theology, or they lie and use “apostolic succession” and uninspired books from false prophets to put their twist on it. Christians need to remember a basic principle of scriptural interpretation: “Let Scripture interpret Scripture, not man. The perpetual virginity of Mary is a Catholic concocted lie.

Anyone who WORSHIPS Mary is a SIN, but us Catholics we DON'T WORSHIP her we just HONOR he.

This is absurdity stacked upon falsehood and perversion, all built upon the shifting sand of Sola Roma. Completely anti-Biblical, completely anti-Christ. This video shows the result of following Sola Roma: spiritual insanity, blasphemy, and idolatry.

Revelation 18:4 And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.
