I dont understand why Sportsnet goes from great analysts like Nick Kyperois, Chris Johnston and Doug Maclean to the dull Jennifer Boherial and Carolin Cameron...they are terrible, boring, and they have no experience in playing or managing NHL teams. I am not sexist but I just dont understand what they are trying to do. I used to enjoy the intermissions for analysis but now the mute button is used. I guess the days of good analysis is are done for Sportsnet.Shouldn't the best people with experience be used??

I disagree. Saskatchewan would be able to support an NHL team. People travel from all over the province for the Rough Riders. Not the same dynamic, but attendance would not be an issue. If Quebec City could support the Nordiques, Saskatchewan is more than capable. The issue in Quebec City was not attendance, it was failure to get a larger arena built. People said same thing about Winnipeg (market too small), but they're doing just fine.

Big trades like That include even 5 million with the Habs retaining salary are usually done in the offseason when players are off the books and you have more cap room. Also you tend to get a better haul from the second team. Then again Carey is 34..

I love how for years real habs fans said trade price… and would have got a ridiculous return…. But we’ve somehow gone from that to he must be dealt, we must retain 1/2 (what he should have been paid in the first place) for no return? Drug addictions and player/management politics must be a mofo.

Price wants to be out west, closer to both his and his wife's families. Which I believe is why he was emotionally distraught when Kraken didn't take him in the expansion draft, that added with a possible addiction. Oilers could use him but it would have to be an off season deal, Avs possible, or one of the west coast teams not named Vancouver. He still has 1 or 2 good hockey years left in his Hall Of Fame career so would be a good pickup if the financial aspect could be worked out.
