It’s no surprise, since Nordstrom announced it would not renew its lease awhile ago. This urban mall was built with Nordstrom as its anchor. Nordstrom is impossible to replace.

And to what this mayor said about people staying, what are they staying for? A ghost town? These policies do not make it remotely attractive to want to visit, much less live, in any of these towns.
