Absolutely love these bite size lessons. At my age I don’t want to listen to anything for more than a minute.

I love these little lessons. They add new things into my arsenal and when messing around with them I begin to understand how it relates to what I already know. Fiddling with this for a little I realized that these notes, shapes and this octave arpeggio run has been hidden from me in plain sight within the major pentatonic scale

That's super helpful. I'm always starting every arpeggio on the root and constantly forgetting that I don't have to.

That’s really cool, but I’d like to point out that you’re actually playing a B minor 11 chord because you’re grabbing the E on the second string with your forefinger. It’s a very hip distinction and adds a modal aspect which you can play the non-– modal scale. And I think if you move your little finger up one fret you will have a Dom7 chord that contains both the major 3rd (D#) and the Sus4 (E). And I haven’t checked this one guitar yet but I think if you played that minor scale over the top of this chord, you’ll “suggest” a variation of the #9 chord as the b3 in the scale builds tension against the 3 and 4…you have the opportunity to play D, D#, and E all at once…”Super chromatic!”.
