Hey Brother is about a boy growing up in wartime while his dad died during the Vietnam War. He is imagining his dad like an older brother who is very protective over him. The song teaches us that nothing is more important than family.

I was there to see this in person. Props to Avicii for pushing boundaries, but unfortunately this didn't go over very well with the crowd because the track hadn't been released yet (no one knew it), and the live vocals didn't carry very well. There was a lot of confusion as to what was going on! In retrospect, absolute legend though.
