Follow the steps :-
1- Open Windows search and type "SQL Server Configuration Manager" then open it as "Run as administrator".
2- Go to SQL Server Services and right click on SQL Server Agent and press Start.
When you go back to Microsoft SQL Server, you will find SQL Server Agent turned from red color to green color, I hope you enjoy watching the video :)
