Not much faster but pretty clean run.
Very glad to exit castle (and +/- astrolab as well) with all my flasks.
It also allows me to facetank Collector's last face which was quite useful.

My starter giant killer was very weak against HotK and Collector, maybe there is some major time save here (but unfortunately RNG-dependant).

Why did you keep your items though? isnt that something you can set in the options which technically makes it not count as a speedrun`?

Do you guys have custom loot pools for TE? Also I thought lore rooms are disabled for custom seeds, am I missing something?
