If oil has dropped 30% in the last week, then, gas should have dropped as well.. At $4.00 per gallon, a 30% drop would take it to $2.80 per gallon!!! But We are STILL having to pay $4.00 per gallon.. Figure it out.. For 1, 000, 000 gallons, that's a $1, 200, 000 PROFIT FOR THEM!!!!

Yet, that graph showed oil prices very slowly going up while crude skyrocketed. Gas companies aren’t a charity so they still need to get back their margines when crude goes down...

There is always a delay or lag time in lowering prices at the pump because the customer is purchasing the gas the gas station had already purchased at the higher amount. When the gas station purchases the new supply at the lower price it should result in a reduced price for the customer.
