Tuck found the perfect spokesperson, James, who is able to disseminate Tuck's vast agricultural knowledge in a format that us Hoomans can easily understand and learn from.

Hi James and Tuck🐕🌝 I am sad to report, I wish I could say the summer heat but no..I have lost most of my vegetable garden and flowering plants due to the devastating hurricane Beryl, although I tried to prepare and protect my backyard garden area. I'll find the strength to do it all again. I am grateful to God that our family is safe.🙏

I like how small your apple trees are, but still are filled with lots of apples. Everything looks great. 😊

So hot and humid here in Georgia. The bugs are starting to get ridiculous . I am having to water all the time. People wonder how I keep my garden going into the fall…..water. I’m having a huge abundance of tomatoes. Should have planted more cucumbers….next year. Hot peppers are doing great. I planted Seminole pumpkins….praying I get many .Herbs …time to harvest and put up. Getting ready to start seeds for fall garden soon. Love your channel ❤

I'm in Texas. One year, I ordered a load of mulch, but I made an error, and they FILLED MY DRIVEWAY with it! I put down about 10" of mulch all over multiple beds, and had to give a lot away.
That year was FANTASTIC. The plants loved Loved LOVED the massive layer of cool protection from our Texas sun.

❤I pulled one bed of potatoes yesterday and immediately replanted the bed with sunflowers and zucchini. The bed next to it was garlic replanted after harvest with carrots. My first tomatoes are starting to turn color today - THANK YOU for all your informational videos! I look forward to going into my gardens every day!

Man, I’m so impressed with your garden. My cucumbers and tomatoes are just forming fruit. So jealous. Thx for the info!

Hi, James. As a former NJ resident who moved to the mountain west, I learned to make sure my tomatoes had afternoon shade...also, they won't set (flowers, but no fruit) when it's above 90 or so.

Tuck is so cute! ❤❤❤❤I had such a green thumb when I lived in Jersey but here in the Southwestern desert, I'm even having a hard time with houseplants. And I've been here for over 25 years. I'm going to try an outdoor garden this coming year.

Remember that you talk to everyone. When you say something is especially important for those who live in the south, say better for those who are near the tropics. The same for the orientation of the sun north south, refer to each hemisphere better because you also have followers on the other side of the globe. Your English is extraordinarily clear for an American. Thanks for everything!

Next spring I’ll be ready with shade cloth and misters for certain areas. And surround WP!

I am happy for your tomato success! They are beautiful.

We have had so much consistent rain and I’m in a new-to-me garden plot with subpar drainage (it seems). I’ve lost 12 plants now, and started with 50 ish. I’m researching what to do next season to help this soil.
I am replanting some free ones I picked up at the hardware store and hoping for some more blossoms. It’s been a bad weather year for me, and plenty of other Iowa gardeners from what I hear.

I’m so glad that Tuck shares his garden assistant with us, to make these videos! 😉 Clover, my garden boss, says hello!

We’re in the same grow zone, so I know EXACTLY what the heat has been doing to our plants. 😂❤❤
I’ve put down leaf mulch and saw dust, on all the plants that like moist soil
