How would you nest this into another family to make a panel of bars for example? how would you constrain the left and right planes but still be able to adjust this array in the parent family? Great video thank you!

For extruded object, because you need to create a family first and import it. Can't I create an extruded object directly in the .rfa file I'm creating?
