There are only four answers on the actual test, so I'm confused as to why many of these questions have more than four potential answers. Also, at least one question on here had 4 (four) correct answers when that would never be allowed in the real test.

Finally, I'm not clear on the distinction in HACCP between "Monitor" and "Verify". Isn't the purpose of Monitoring to Verify? I get them interchanged due to my understanding of the practical meaning behind the usage of the words. "Verify" is a part of "Monitor" and vice versa (?)

Why time and temperature requirements for cooling TCS food is 135 or higher? I thought it should be lower than 41. Is there a mistake with the answer to that question?
