PAIRING WITH POLAR BEAT:
The heart rate sensor needs to be paired directly in the Polar Beat app.
To pair a heart rate sensor with Polar Beat:
1. Wear the sensor.
2. Open Polar Beat app.
3. Go to the settings section of the app and find HR sensor.

MY heart sensor never finds my phone and the battery is new . any ideas do the straps brake for instance

My H10 just stops recording. It find a frequency and it stays there for 3- 5 minutes, then suddenly it spikes or drops (depending on what I' m doing at the time), for around 30 seconds- 1 minute it records and then stops. Changed battery, repaired- same. Any suggestions?

I’m using Polar products for a couple of years now (chest monitor included, Polar Beat, Polar Flow, other products). Per their new license agreement that unless you agree will render the gear you own useless.... I no longer recommend their products. Support was only ... so-so anyway.

These things are junk. Not sure what happened to Polar, they use to make great products. I've had an H10 for four years. The first year it worked well. From then on, nothing but pairing issues. If it wasn't the Bluetooth, it was with the Polar app. Dealt with that for a couple years. Then I just bought another one. On the box it says “improved connectivity”. Right there tells you they've had problems before. Right out of the box with the new one, it won't connect to the app. Called them up and went through all the BS of resetting blah blah blah. They sent me another....same problem!!! They sell junk now. Yes, I tried with four different devices....Apple Phone, two Android phones, Ipad. JUNK

Get rid of the damn music, and explain to us what you are doing. We are here to learn how to do Bluetooth pairing for the H10. We are not here to be entertained or to dance.
