OK, so your 160hp liter bike is just not fast enough for you. What do you do? I know, that seems like a ridiculous question but, believe it or not, Kawasaki has the answer. Take the iconic H2 badge and put in on a 998cc, supercharged, 200hp superbike.
the H2R is their track only version of the H2. It’s the same basic bike with lots of go fast parts. Instead of 200hp, it tops out at over 300hp!
I guess the audience for the H2R is well…crazy people! That’s 50 more horse power than a moto gp bike! WOW!
While covering the Long Beach Progressive International Motorcycle show this year, we got the chance to talk to the folks at Kawasaki about these two high powered motorcycles.
