The stuck pivot in my 1963 Moulton Deluxe project bike finally surrenders. What shall I do about paint ? Also, I've started gathering some goodies for the build... Alloy rims, Schwalbe Marathon Racer tyres

Might it be an idea to make a masking template of the billiard cue design before you strip the paint off? Then you could use it at the respray stage to recreate the design. Whatever, take plenty of photos for reference before you strip it!

Useful, but a bit disappointing you didn't film or show any of the breakthrough moments when something actually came free.
