I went from an iPhone 6 to the XR. I like the 6 sometimes for smaller size, but the XR is best for screen size and since I have large hands, the size is OK. I want to see the new 12, with it's smaller bezels and see how much smaller it is than the XR. I'm keeping my XR for at least 1 more year, and possibly 2, depending on how the battery holds up.

Don't get me wrong, the XR is a great phone. That being said, I'm ready to go back to the basics and shop for the 12 Mini. Also considering waiting for the already-rumored iPhone 13.

I’m waiting patiently for the 12 Mini to replace my XR (which was an upgrade from my 7). While I’ve definitely enjoyed the larger screen, I very much miss the convenience of a one-handed phone. We already got the 12 for my wife and while it is a bit smaller and lighter than the XR, it’s still not a one-handed design.

Will went from XR to the 13 mini next year. Xr is still after 2 years too big for me also very thick and heavy. I had iPhone 6s before XR.
