Hope I win, I have the HTC M9 (which has been replaced 5 times for being faulty) and even this one is faulty but they don't want anything to do with it any more so they cancelled my contract and told me to keep the phone... even though it doesn't even work properly.

Funny story behind it, 1st time I got it replaced I took it home and tested it the replacement was faulty, did it again, took it home. Faulty again. Took it in again, got it replaced for the 3rd time but tested it at the store (was faulty again) and they replaced it for the 4th time. But on the 4th time, you guessed it, faulty on the spot and they replaced it again. 5th I got the phone and it worked fine for about a month then it started acting up again. Went in, spoke with a TON of people and they just said, keep the phone, we're cancelling your contract. They only replaced it with a new phone on the 5th time and not a refurb.

So, a new (working phone) would be nice. >_>

That's the best phone out now in my opinion, I really love everything of it... Winning will be very hard, however I can try, where I live the phone isn't even available yet so it would be cool to have it before anyone else
