I currently use Cambia with awesome results. Maybe twice a year it doesn't work well out of about 24 uses. The other 22 it completely works. For me that is fantastic. I get many more migraines but try to limit the use for only the really bad ones. Triptans were brutal and almost 100% ineffective. Aimovig for 4 months so far with no positive results.
My concern with using Cambia is the side effect profile i.e. GI/cardiovascular/stroke.
Is there less risk with Elyxyb for these side effects associated with NSAIDS?
Also, Cambia works within minutes and I imagine the Elyxvb would too. So in order to switch it would have to be safer, but just as fast and effective. Price will be a determinant also. I am willing to try it. I have also not tried the ditan or gepant medications.
So much different than when I was a teen and there weren't a lot of options.

Thank you for the information on Elyxyb! I am currently trying it for the first time. My migraines do not come with a whole lot of what I would call pain (though that has been increasing lately), but mostly nausea. I know that when nausea is due to Migraine, the nausea is basically actually pain signals that have been somehow translated to nausea in the brain (something I obviously don't understand well). Can Elyxyb really provide relief for the nausea?
