Today we showcased one of our biggest collection pickups of 2024! The majority of this amazing collection was pack pulled from the original owner back in 2006-2013.

I'll never be into ostentatious high-end low-numbered cards focusing solely on the few greats. In fact, I hate shields. What an arbitrary thing to covet, like an expensive gaudy purse. I've built my entire collection around the low and mid-end depth and breath of the hobby, and the players who will never get love due to dollar value group-think. (Are ppl aware that Andreychuk or Recchi existed? That Denis Savard put up 100P five times? That Bryan Trottier put up Selanne type points, but in 200 fewer games? Or that Peter Stastny had a faster P/GP pace than even Crosby?) But, what a crazy collection. Love that you showed a few 12/13 Fleer Retros and the 03/04 Bowman Flower. And no one can argue with that dual-sided Mount Rushmore SOTT. I know how time-consuming these 20 minute videos are, so I really appreciate it. I'm tempted to give my sister your info, in case I croak. Someone will have to go through my cards not on COMC. It would probably provide you a decade's worth of obscure mid-end GP Buybacks... like hand-signed Henri Richard cards, or sheets and sheets of 1970s BTP Goaliegraphs. Well done Grant.
