I think someone who has been boxing for 6 months would absolutely wreck Bradley Martyn

Imagine going to a gym, carrying around a tripod and camera, just to record yourself doing leg extensions.

From my extended research of 0 hours, I have a feeling there's a strong correlation between people that will use and abuse roids, and people that are naturally just more cunty and willing to be aggressive/fight.

Seems to me that the more likely cause of aggression is insecurity than roids. Lots of guys who are obsessed with fitness/bodybuilding are not exactly doing it in a health conscious way.

To all the bodybuilders who think they can fight simply because they have muscle: the power in a punch or kick is generated through compound movements that begin at the feet and travel up through the calves, quads and hips. Sometimes it is generated through forward momentum (stepping into a punch or kick). Sometimes it involves a rotation of the body (a turn of the hips or shoulders to generate power from a static stance). Here's the rub: once you've packed on too much muscle, you become too rigid to generate the power. Your punches and kicks actually become less forceful, which may seem paradoxical but is something all martial artists know if they reach a point when they're carrying too much muscle.

A second point: the more muscle you carry, the greater the strain on your body's cardiovascular system. This is why heavyweight boxers throw 10-20 punches a round while their lightweight counterparts throw 70-80. The bigger the man, the slower the feet and hands. The strategy for dealing with a big guy like Bradley Martin is simple: make him miss, make him tired, and make him pay. He'd get tired very quickly because unlike those heavyweight boxers he isn't doing twenty rounds of sparring a day, and he's be easy to hit because he lunges into the pocket like a schoolboy fumbles with a bra. He'd get starched by a junior welterweight amateur. If he actually fought someone his own size - Anthony Joshua, e.g. - he'd be hospitalised by a jab.

Years of being called small by Dom Mazzetti really messed with Martyn's self-esteem huh

Imagine minding your own business feeling crappy as hell in a&e with that numpty dancing around

I think "roid rage" is skewed by the fact that people who tend to start taking roids are already people with less self-control to begin with; which is why they start juicing despite all the negative side effects and dangers that we all know about.

People WITH self-control would never start punching people or let their tempers out of control, and they won't start shooting experimental gym bro juice into their glutes either.

it must be so annoying to constantly have random people working out in your private filming studio

Wish you posted more often! But I guess you can’t rush perfection. Love the vids!

Thank you James.

I'm in a Planet Fitness as a guest a couple times a month and had actually worked there for a short spell. Ours was full of seniors pushing back against aging and college students trying to keep fit on a budget. All the kind of members that the business model was built for. Only once have I seen anyone do any crazy "Planet Fitness nonsense". I'm sure that other clubs fit the stereotype but the place I go just seems to be an entirely decent place.

I love it when "influencers" go to gyms, then say "you can't tell me what to do" then the manager has the pleasure of throwing them the fk out.

I have been spending the last 2 hours binge watching your videos and had been checking your channel for the last 5 days waiting for the new video to come out and now to my luck here it is! You do a great job making these peoples look like fools rather than the superstars they claim to be and you help people like me realize that fact and to stay away from the unnatural and toxic path when it comes to health. Keep these videos up.

It's funny how roid rage is talked about so much, but then you have guys like Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, Chris Bumstead, Phil Heath, Dorian Yates, Lee Haney, all champion body builders who cycled steroids for many years, yet are some of the most laid back and calm dudes you'll ever meet.

Its crazy how no matter how big and strong some people get, their minds and ego's stay where they were before, tiny, small, easily pushed around and bothered, emotionally weak.
