Hi Yair. I'm using QGIS 2.8.1-Wien. Following your tutorial, I also included a shapefile by adding vector layer. Then I follow your interpolation steps, I got this error -- ERROR 6: GDALDriver::Create() ... no create method implemented for this format. I chose .ASC as output like you did. Any idea?

after following your steps, i get a black rectangular box type image over my points. Its doesnt look like an interpolated image. What wrong am i doing?

Yeah. I did some diggings on the internet, some said that it is a bug in QGIS. I asked this question also on GIS forum, they suggest me to use the command line, but I am getting nowhere close. =(
