FedEx Delivery Driver Hit And Run

"This happened sometime mid-afternoon. I only found out what happened hours later when I was checking my video feeds that day and saw this clip, so obviously, the driver simply left because he didn’t leave a note or came to my door to inform me what had happened. I was at home at the time. I eventually talked with my neighbor as it was his package that was being delivered. I contacted FedEx about the incident and sent them the video as evidence. I also filed a police report with the CHP."
