Predivne mekane i pune krema nes kafa buhtle. Savršen deo jutra, doručak uz jutarnju kafu ili popodnevni momenat i predah uz omiljenu knjigu i naravno, šolju kafe ili toplog mleka. Asocira na posebne, ušuškane trenutke i budi čula i lepa sećanja pri svakom zalogaju. Uživaćete!
Sastojci:
450g brašna Tip 500
200ml mlakog mleka
100g šećera
10g nes kafe
1 kesica suvog kvasca
1 jaje
50g putera
Eurokrem ili nutela
Priprema:
U mlako mleko sipajte šećer, zatim kafu pa kvasac i sve to promešajte. Napravite rupu u brašnu, sipajte jaje, malo promešajte, sipajte smesu sa kvascem, pa puter i sve to dobro izmešajte. Pobrašnite radnu površinu i prebacite testo. Mesite ga kratko.Testo treba da bude mekano umešeno ali ne da se lepi za prste. (ako vam se lepi, slobodno dodajte još malo brašna) . Oblikujte ga u lopticu, staviti u posudu, prekrijte streč folijom i ostavite na toplom da odstoji sat ipo vremena. Nakon toga ga izvadite i oblikujte u valjak koji ćete podeliti na 8 jednakih delova. Od svakog tog dela oblikujte po jednu lopticu koju ćete malo rastanjiti, i sipati na svaku po 1 kašiku krema ili nutele. Potom svaku lopticu zatvorite. Pleh premažite puterom ili margarinom i poredjajte buhtle. Ponovo ih prekrijte streč folijom i ostavite da odstoje još sat vremena. Nakon toga ih premažite mlekom. Možete ih posuti, ako želite, nekim čokoladnim ili šarenim mrvicama za kolače. Pecite ih u prethodno zagrejanoj rerni na 180 °C 20 do 25 minuta. Odmah ih izvadite iz pleha na rešetku da se hlade da se ne bi uparile i postale dekave. Možete ih posuti prah šećerom i servirati. Prijatno!

1 bag of dry yeast
1 egg
50g butter

Preparation:
Pour sugar into lukewarm milk, then coffee, and then yeast and mix it all. Make a hole in the flour, pour the egg, stir a little, pour the mixture with the yeast, then the butter and mix it all well. Flour the work surface and roll out the dough. Knead it briefly. The dough should be softly kneaded but not sticky to the fingers. (If you like it, feel free to add some more flour). Shape it into a ball, put it in a bowl, cover with stretch foil, and leave it to stand in the heat for an hour and a half. Then take it out and shape it into a roll that you will divide into 8 equal parts. From each part, shape one ball, which you will spread a little, and pour 1 tablespoon of cream or Nutella on each. Then close each ball. Coat the baking sheet with butter or margarine and arrange the buns. Cover them again with cling film and let them stand for another hour. Then coat them with milk. You can sprinkle them, if you wish, with some chocolate or colorful cake crumbs. Bake them in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 20 to 25 minutes. Immediately remove them from the pan on a wire rack to cool so they don’t evaporate and become soggy. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy!
