I'm in the Caribbean and got the software update on my S24 Ultra earlier this morning. I got all the features you spoke about except the boost dialogue option and loudness option. Everything else works just as you stated.

The Audio on my S24 ultra was dead out of the box it was so low with all notifications set to full they could barely be heard with multi media playback at the same volume level the s23 ultra completely drowned it out checked the volume limiter feature and changed the equaliser settings to no positive effect i was on the verge of sending it back when i downloaded an equaliser and Pow! This phone came to life the difference was remarkable and I can now enjoy this device fully though the original issue remains and has not been fixed it will be interesting to see if this new feature makes any difference to the audio issue this phone still has...Not likely.
