I remember when almost everybody call him BIG DADDY FISH

The “big daddy” is one shark higher, and costs 3 times more, therefore wins

If dunkleosteus actually got a bite off at all, with an 80, 000 psi bite force, there's no skin too tough to bite through it would be a clean cleave. It literally bit through shell and armor, scales on a shark don't compare.

"Hiding deep down the Mariana Trench"
Yes, about that. There's this thing called water pressure which is astronomic at those depths. This is why only primitive molluscs and small crustaceans have been found on those depths. I'm afraid a large shark any any vertebrate would find these depths lethal (putting it mildly). Sharks swim where there's most food. That's where the sunlight is used as an energy as the basis of the food chain. Yes, the upper layers. As for the suppose "fishermen" who saw a "giant shark" - a single one from an actual fisherman as opposed to "word of mouth".

Fun fact: megalodon had the stronger bit drove of about 100, 000 to 180, 000 newtons, while Dunkleosteus terreli had a bite force of about 5, 000 newtons. Also the Engelman 2023 paper on Dunkleosteus terreli found the creature at only 13.5 feet (4.10 meters) long
